Parmesan Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Grated parmesan from Fromagerie L’Ancêtre

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a shallow baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  2. Wash the zucchini and cut it into slices about 1/2 centimeter thick.
  3. Arrange the zucchini slices on the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle the zucchini slices with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to coat them evenly.
  5. Generously sprinkle the zucchini slices with grated parmesan from Fromagerie L’Ancêtre.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the parmesan is golden and crispy.
  7. Once cooked, remove the zucchini from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. You can also garnish them with more grated parmesan if desired.
