Their grass-fed cows enjoy outdoor pastures as soon as the weather allows it, making them exercise and live a longer and healthier lives. Applying organic standards including regenerative agriculture and chemical fertilizers and pesticides free culture, they ensure soils, water, and biodiversity health. These carbon sequestration practices capture and store carbon in the ground, thus contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and the fight against climate change. Such conditions are key in producing a more nutritional and balanced high-quality milk, used in our organic cheeses and butters.
