Mozzarella and Parmesan Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • Slices of country bread
  • Sliced L’Ancêtre mozzarella cheese
  • Garlic butter
  • Grated parmesan

Preparation

  1. Spread a thin layer of garlic butter on one side of each slice of country bread. Place slices of mozzarella on the unbuttered side of half of the bread slices.
  2. Generously sprinkle grated parmesan on top of the mozzarella before closing the sandwiches with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing outwards.
  3. In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt some garlic butter. Place the sandwiches in the hot skillet and grill them on both sides until they are golden and crispy on the outside, and the cheese is melted on the inside.
  4. Remove the grilled cheese from the skillet and let them rest for a few moments before serving.
  5. Enjoy these deliciously melted and crispy grilled cheese sandwiches, perfect for a cozy evening at home or as a quick and satisfying meal. Bon appétit!
