Greek Nachos

Ingredients

  • Naan bread
  • Cucumbers
  • Bell peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Corn
  • Olives
  • Guacamole
  • Green onions
  • Cilantro
  • Tzatziki
  • Partially skimmed shredded mozzarella from L’Ancêtre
  • Herbed feta from L’Ancêtre

Feel free to adjust quantities and add other ingredients according to your preferences.


Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the naan bread into triangles and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of guacamole evenly over the naan bread triangles.
  4. Dice the cucumbers, bell peppers, and tomatoes, then sprinkle them over the guacamole.
  5. Sprinkle the corn and sliced olives over the vegetables.
  6. Generously sprinkle the partially skimmed shredded mozzarella from L’Ancêtre over the nachos.
  7. Crumble the herbed feta from L’Ancêtre over the layer of mozzarella.
  8. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove the nachos from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
  10. Serve immediately with a side of tzatziki for dipping.
