Double Smoked Cheddar

This applewood double smoked Cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 6 months and traditionally smoked over applewood. This procedure results in an amber-coloured exterior and a cream-white interior. It has a firm, smooth, slightly velvety texture.

This gluten free and lactose free Canadian cheese has a distinctive smoky aroma that complements perfectly the apple one. From the very first bite you will be entranced by its delicately salty taste and strong smoky flavour, which is followed by a nutty, buttery finish.

Enjoy it on its own or use it to add an extra-special touch to hot, baked and grilled recipes.
