Extra Sharp Cheddar

This gluten free and lactose free cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 19 months. It has a distinctive, fairly strong nutty flavour with a fruity finish. This yellowish, slightly brittle cheese has a smooth, creamy, melting texture and sometimes contains a few crystals.

L’Ancêtre extra sharp cheddar is an absolutely perfect addition to your cheese platter and is sure to delight all cheddar connoisseurs!
