Ingredients

  • 500g sausages of your choice (e.g., Italian sausages, pork sausages, vegetarian sausages)
  • 500g small round potatoes, halved
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 bell peppers (red, green, or yellow), cut into strips
  • 2 red onions, sliced
  • 200g L’Ancêtre cheese curds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Arrange the sausages, potatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, and onions on a large baking sheet. Ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Drizzle the vegetables and sausages with olive oil. Add minced garlic on top and generously season with salt and pepper.
  4. Mix the ingredients on the baking sheet to coat them with oil and seasonings.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the sausages are fully cooked and the potatoes are tender and lightly golden, stirring halfway through cooking.
  6. Once cooked, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle generously with cheese curds on top of the sausage and vegetable mixture while still hot.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven for a few minutes, just enough time for the cheese curds to melt slightly.
  8. Once the cheese curds are melted, remove the baking sheet from the oven and serve immediately.
