Pulled Pork and Raclette Grilled Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Slices of country bread
  • Pulled pork
  • Raclette cheese from Fromagerie L’Ancêtre
  • Red cabbage salad (shredded red cabbage, dressing of your choice)

Preparation

  1. On a slice of country bread, place a generous portion of pulled pork.
  2. Add one or two slices of raclette cheese from Fromagerie L’Ancêtre on top of the pork.
  3. Place a small amount of red cabbage salad on the raclette cheese.
  4. Close the sandwich with another slice of country bread.
  5. In a pan over medium heat, melt some butter.
  6. Place the sandwich in the pan and cook until the bread is golden and crispy, and the raclette cheese is melted.
  7. Flip the sandwich halfway through cooking to ensure even cooking on both sides.
  8. Once cooked, remove the grilled cheese from the pan and let it rest for a few moments before slicing it in half.

Serve hot and enjoy this pulled pork and raclette grilled cheese with red cabbage salad, accompanied by fries or a soup of your choice. Bon appétit!
