Preparation

  • Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them completely. Remove the silk (corn threads) from the corn
  • Pull the husks back over the corn and soak the ears in water for 10-15 minutes. This helps to prevent the husks from burning during grilling.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the soaked corn directly on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
  • Once the corn is cooked, carefully peel back the husks.
  • Spread L’Ancêtre salted butter generously over the warm corn.
  • Sprinkle with salt to taste.
