In our ongoing commitment to authenticity and artisanal cheesemaking, we are bringing an evolution to our line of goat cheeses.
Since the end of July, we are shipping our Artisan goat cheese that has been produced with unpasteurized milk. This traditional method allows the rich, complex flavors of goat’s milk to shine through, offering an even more distinctive tasting experience.
Starting now, our 1-year aged goat cheese as well as our shredded goat cheese will also be made with unpasteurized milk. At the same time, the 1-year aged goat cheese will transition to a new format without a box, in line with our eco-responsible approach.
Please note that there are no changes to the product dimensions. The only change concerns the milk treatment used in production, enhancing the authenticity of our cheese.
Depending on current inventory levels in our retail points and company stores, the transition of the new version of our goat cheese may vary.
