Our halloumi (the first certified organic in Canada!) is a finalist at the SIAL Innovation 2026 competition

After being named a finalist at CTAQ Innovation 2025 and a winner at the Sélection Caseus 2025, our halloumi keeps gaining attention… and those who’ve tried it know exactly why.

A Mediterranean-inspired grilling cheese, reimagined our way: less salty, made from organic milk from pasture-raised cows on Quebec farms, with no pesticides. Just ask anyone who tasted it at Expo Manger Santé last weekend… it was a hit.

On April 9, the Grand Jury will select the 10 winning products. In the meantime, it’s launching across the rest of Canada in a brand new packaging.
