Fromagerie L\u2019Anc\u00eatre is the first Canadian dairy processor to offer cheeses with both organic and grass-fed national certifications.<\/p>\n<p>The extra old organic cheddar also recently took top honours in the \u201ccheddar\u201d category at the prestigious S\u00e9lection Caseus competition &#8211; marking a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fromagerieancetre.com\/en\/organic-cheeses-in-the-spotlight-lancetre-wins-three-caseus-awards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">third consecutive win for L\u2019Anc\u00eatre in this category<\/a>\u00a0of the competition celebrating Quebec cheeses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">Because our organic extra old cheddar is aged for 18 months, it was still completing its maturation and therefore could not carry the certification until now.
