This logo guarantees that\u00a0<strong>75% of the cows&#8217; diet consists of grass<\/strong>, while the remaining 25% is made up of grains and necessary supplements, especially during the Canadian winter.<\/p>\n<p>Fromagerie L\u2019Anc\u00eatre would like to highlight the <strong>collaboration of five certified organic farms<\/strong>:\u00a0Ferme Liclerc,\u00a0Ferme Gonzales,\u00a0Ferme Saumoni\u00e8re,\u00a0Ferme Pocatoise, and\u00a0Ferme Marianne Landry, which share our values and exceed the requirements of organic certification.
