This is a historic first for the company, achieving a record harvest by winning three first prizes this year. The winners are:<\/p>\n

For the second consecutive year, this cheese was elected Best Cheddar. With its slightly crumbly texture, it is made from unpasteurized milk and features melting crystals resulting from a prolonged and natural maturation process. Its distinctive flavor evokes hazelnuts and leaves a fruity note at the finish, delighting cheese lovers.<\/p>\n

Best Organic Cheese:\u00a0L’Anc\u00eatre Double Smoked Organic Cheddar<\/strong><\/p>\n

This firm, slightly creamy cheese is crafted from unpasteurized milk. Its old-school smoking with applewood imparts distinct notes of hazelnuts and salted butter. Its smooth texture and amber paste delight cheese lovers.<\/p>\n
