Light Mild Cheddar

This cheddar is made from organic unpasteurized partially skimmed milk and aged for a minimum of 60 days. This low-fat cheese still has all the sought-after flavour of L’Ancêtre cheeses.

It is known for its subtle, nutty yet buttery taste and slightly salty tang. The cream-coloured cheese has a semi-soft, elastic texture.

This light, gluten free and lactose free Canadian cheese can be enjoyed on its own or makes a fantastic addition to healthy recipes as well as baked and grilled dishes. Not to mention various desserts and pastries.
