4-year-old Cheddar

This gluten free and lactose free cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 48 months. It is recognizable by its distinctively nutty taste and fruity finish. Somewhat yellow in colour, it has a firm, slightly brittle, yet smooth, creamy, melting texture and may contain a few crystals.

L’Ancêtre 4-year-old cheddar is sure to delight lovers of fine cheddar, which means it’s just the thing for a wine and cheese party… or as a treat at the end of a meal!
