2-year-old Cheddar

This cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 24 months. It has a distinctive, fairly strong nutty flavour with a fruity finish. Firm and slightly brittle, with a smooth, creamy, melting texture, it may contain a few crystals.

This gluten free and lactose free cheese makes a delicious addition to any cheese platter and complements your recipes beautifully.
